Marshall County, WV – County Route 54 (Big Grave Creek Road), will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., beginning Monday, August 4, 2025, through late August 2025, for aerial fiber optic installation.
Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect slight delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
