On Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 7:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building’s Council Chamber, the St. Clairsville City Council will hold a Special Session to appoint the Ward 3 Council Member who will be elected by the voters in the November 2, 2021, General Election.
The Municipal Building is located at 100 North Market Street, St. Clairsville, OH. The public is invited to attend.
