State of the City Address Slated in Wheeling for July 26

Mayor Glenn Elliott will host the annual State of the City address at noon, Tuesday, July 26 in the showroom at the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack. Doors open at 11 a.m.

The State of the City address is open to the public and there is no cost to attend. Lunch is optional for a fee of $15 and can be paid via cash or check at the event. Attendees can also opt to be billed. Reservations should be made by calling (304) 234-6401 or via email at mrejonis@wheelingwv.gov.
