Musician and promoter Jon Banco returns for this week’s “Liner Notes” segment to release his live entertainment schedule for this weekend and to discuss the pandemic restrictions that remain in place.

Chris Dutton, co-founder of the Blame My Roots Festival in Belmont County, will join us to explain how he and his team are moving forward with the plans for this year’s two-day event at the Valley View Campgrounds. We’ll also discuss the policy changes that have been made, why the changes will be implemented, and what reaction he’s received following the announcement.
