The online bill pay option for Belmont County water customers suffered lengthy delays, but since implementation, it's the option customers are overwhelmingly using to pay their bills.
The Belmont County Commissioners, along with the Mills Group architectural firm, are working to not only design a proper new facility for both the health department and records office for the county, but also to pick the perfect location for said projects.
