The investigation and conviction were part of a collaborative effort between the Wheeling Police Department and the West Virginia Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) team.
Pursuant to the terms of the plea agreement, Perry did not contest the two counts of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian and further acknowledged the record of evidence supported a jury's finding of guilt.
