During law school, Kahle served as President of the WVU College of Law Community Service Council and gained hands-on experience in the General Litigation Clinic
South Park, behind Clark Avenue in St. Clairsiville, used to feature a playground and could be upgraded to provide the city with another great recreational area for its residents. But it needs some work and some upgrades and a group of citizens are working to see that happen.
