Jefferson County Educational Service Center (JCESC) OhioRISE is a Medicaid managed care program for children and youth with complex behavioral health and multisystem needs.
This year’s YPC is titled “Dr. Freakuency’s Sound Lab'' and tells the story of Dr. Freakuency and his lab assistant Bunsen who are in need of some young scientists to examine the science of sound.
According to Executive Director Bryan Braunlich, the WSO musicians, staff and Board of Directors were overjoyed with the public’s response to its return to the Capitol Theater in February.
