Ohio County, WV – Tenth Street, in Wheeling, will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025, for pavement markings. Emergency vehicles and local business traffic will be accommodated. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
Alternate Routes: Use 16th Street to Market Street and Seventh Street to Main Street.
ALSO, County Route 15 (Warden Run Road), in Wheeling, from milepost 3.08 to milepost 3.09, will be closed, from 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., beginning Thursday, November 6, 2025, through late November 2025, for a slip repair. Motorists must use an alternate route. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be accommodated.
Alternate Route: Use County Route 25 (Peter’s Run Road), and WV 88 (Oglebay Drive).
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the schedule for these projects.
