The Best Part

No worries … this isn’t going to be long, and that’s because I have been blessed with family and friends here at the house throughout this holiday season.

AND … yesterday was my daughter’s birthday, and OMG, she’s 39 now. And my son turns 38 in April. Where’d it go? The time. Their youth? Our 20s and 30s, and now our 50s?

I guess I just wanted to take a moment away from another house full of folks to remind our readers to treasure “those” moments. At this time of year, yes, but always, too. Far too many of us take life for granted, and far too often are lives snuffed out in unexpected tragedies.

Cherish your people, and Happy New Year!
