Towngate Theatre to Present ‘Cinderella’

-

Oglebay Institute’s Towngate Theatre continues its tradition of bringing beloved fairy tales to life with an imaginative production of “Cinderella.”

Written by Lynn Stevens, this re-imagined version of “Cinderella” brings a fresh approach to one of the world’s most famous fairy tales.

You’ll see all the favorite characters such as the good-natured “Cinderella,” the mean stepmother and the handsome Prince as well as tiaras, swords, magic spells and royal splendor. The production also delves deeper into the lives and personalities of the characters, engaging audiences in a new way.

The show takes place at 7pm January 28 and February 4 and 3pm January 29, 30 & February 5 at Towngate Theatre.
The 2021-22 Towngate children’s theater season is sponsored by the Helen J. Prince Foundation.
Tickets are $14 ($12.50 OI members) for adults and $10 ($8.50 OI members) for children 13 & under. Purchase online, by calling 304-242-7700 or at the door.
