A portion of County Route 18/3, at 155 and 157 Valley Boulevard (Wheeling), will be restricted to one lane from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., beginning Tuesday, July 25, 2023, through Thursday, July 27, 2023, for gas line maintenance. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays in the area.
