Due to inclement weather in the forecast, the Waterfront Wednesday concert slated for this evening at Heritage Port is being relocated to the WesBanco Arena lobby. Those planning to attend should bring chairs. The 2x4s, a live karaoke band, will kick off 7 p.m.
