A portion of WV 2, at 28 Wheeling Avenue, in Glen Dale, will be restricted to one lane from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning on Monday, June 12, 2023, through Friday, June 16, 2023, to install new transformers. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
