Wheeling, WV – The city of Wheeling is set to take the runway with the inaugural Wheeling Fashion Week, running from June 1-7, 2025. This highly anticipated event will highlight Wheeling’s thriving circular fashion industry, showcasing both established and emerging professionals across a wide array of fashion-related disciplines.

From clothing manufacturing and fashion designers to jewelry artisans, boutiques, models, hair and makeup artists, photographers, videographers, DJs, and caterers, Wheeling Fashion Week is designed to celebrate the full spectrum of talent within the region’s fashion ecosystem.

The week-long series of events throughout Wheeling will culminate in a grand finale runway show at Waterfront Hall on June 7 where attendees will experience fresh designs and sustainable fashion in an unforgettable setting. Waterfront Hall is the Title Sponsor and will set the scene for the runway show in their space that is unique to Wheeling’s landscape. Dan Milleson, Owner of Waterfront Hall, remarked, “Waterfront Hall’s mission is to nurture the small business community and culture in Wheeling. Our entire business model is rooted in collaboration. When someone in the community presents a great idea, we will step in and support that however we can. We feel that Wheeling Fashion Week is one of those great ideas.”

“We’re thrilled to launch Wheeling Fashion Week as a platform to spotlight our community’s vibrant hub for fashion,” said Emily Rouse, Chair of the event’s organizing committee. “It’s a showcase that we are seeing in more cities across the country, not just New York and Los Angeles, and Wheeling has plenty of people making their own contribution to the industry.”

The Wheeling Fashion Week committee consists of dedicated industry professionals, business owners, and community leaders, including Emily Rouse, Spencer Porter, Alex Panas, Lisa Bronchik, and Ashley Sutton. Together, they aim to make this inaugural event a cornerstone for Wheeling’s fashion-forward future.

Leading up June, you’ll see their collaborations throughout Wheeling with other creatives and charitable organizations. Join members of the committee on March 1 from 11am-2pm at Table 304 as they support Spencer Porter’s Women of Impact Campaign. You’ll be able to shop goods from the members’ businesses with a portion of proceeds to be donated to the American Heart Association.
