Wheeling Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

Wheeling Police have charged a local man after he exposed himself to individuals in the downtown area.

Police arrested Joshua Daniel Matuska, 37 of Wheeling late Wednesday afternoon in the 1200 block of Water Street. He is charged with indecent exposure and obstructing.

It was reported to police that Matuska exposed himself at the Heritage Port playground Tuesday. While conducting a foot patrol of Heritage Port Wednesday afternoon, police located Matuska, who initially was uncooperative with officers and resisted arrest.

Matuska was taken to the Northern Regional Jail by WPD. He was later arraigned by an Ohio County Magistrate, who set bond at $3,000.
