Wheeling Police Conduct Possession With Intent to Deliver Arrest

One person has been arrested and is facing multiple drug charges by the Wheeling Police Department.

On Wednesday around 4:30 p.m., police were called to the Garden Park Apartments in Warwood for an initial trespassing-related call inside an apartment.

When officers located the individual involved, they obtained a search warrant for the apartment and discovered 396.90 grams of methamphetamine, 7.98 grams of marijuana, and 2.85 grams of cocaine and prescription drugs inside.

Jeremy Brandon Evans, 35 of Columbus, Ohio was arrested and charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver and one count of felon in possession of a firearm.

He was taken to the Northern Regional Jail, where he currently remains.
