The mystique of wizardly magic will be overtaking Heritage Port on Saturday, May 18 with the second annual Wheeling Wizarding Festival.
The event will feature a variety of vendors, entertainment, a reptile show and a costume contest. The festival is hosted by the City of Wheeling’s Parks and Recreation Department.
Director Rochelle Barry said she’s looking forward to the festival that is slated to begin with vendors opening at noon.
“The intrigue of wizardry has captured many. Last year’s event, which was held for the first time, was very successful, so we have been working to build on that.
