The City of Wheeling Human Rights Commission will be conducting their monthly business meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 1:30 PM in the City Council Chambers.  The City Council Chambers are located on the first floor of the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia. The agenda will be available upon request.
