A portion of WV 2, at 302 Main Street, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 29, 2024, for gas line maintenance. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect slight delays.
