Wheeling Symphony Orchestra (WSO) announces that its WSO on the GO brass quintet will perform at the Grave Creek Mound Archeological Complex on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 1:00 pm.  Admission to the concert is free of charge.

The Wheeling Symphony Orchestra’s WSO on the GO brass quintet will perform at the Grave Creek Mound Archeological Complex on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 1:00 pm.   The members of the ensemble include: Christopher Wilson, trumpet; Drew Fennell, trumpet; Jason Allison, horn; Sebastian Vera, trombone; Sam Buccigrossi, tuba.

“WSO on the Go, is just what the name suggests,” says Bryan Braunlich, the WSO’s Executive Director.  “These smaller ensembles are able to travel to places and spaces outside of the concert hall to bring music to people where they are.  We look forward to connecting with our Marshall County audience at the Grave Creek Mound Complex which is a fascinating site in its own rite. We had planned to perform at the Complex in March of 2020, so this engagement is long overdue.”

Because of the generous support of our sponsors and donors, including title sponsor Roxby Labs, all WSO on the GO concerts  & events are free to the public to entice and encourage new audiences to become long-time supporters. More information is available at wheelingsymphony.com.
