A portion of WV 88, at 4468 Oglebay Drive, was restricted to one lane, near milepost 12.5, this morning and it will continue to be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through Friday, January 13, 2023, for the electric company to install pole anchors.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may change the project schedule.
