Ohio County, WV – A portion Interstate 470, in Wheeling, will have the westbound shoulder closed, at ramp C, near milepost 0.70, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Friday, July 10, 2026, for bridge inspection. Motorists are advised to slow down in this area.
