WVNCC Culinary Arts Department to Carve Ice Tuesday in Downtown Wheeling

WHAT:        West Virginia Northern Community College Culinary Arts students will be carving ice sculptures as part of their class using chain saws. Each of the students chose their own design, which they will be graded on as part of their Garde manger training, which is a cool, well-ventilated area where cold dishes are prepared.
