A portion of US 40 (Zane Street), on Wheeling Island, from milepost 0.01 to milepost 0.20, will be restricted to one lane from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, for bridge inspection. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays.
