UBCP Makes Top 200 Community Bank List

United Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBCP) President and CEO Scott Everson announced today that United Bancorp, the parent company of Unified Bank, has been named to the American Banker’s “Top 200 Publicly Traded Community Banks” list, according to the May 2021 edition of the American Banker’s magazine.

American Banker rated United Bancorp 124 on its Top 200 Community Banks list for 2020, based on an average return on equity for three years as of 12/31/2020.

“We are extremely pleased to have been recognized again by American Banker as one of the Top 200 Community Banks in the country and believe it is testimony to our exemplary staff and their dedication to the Bank and the customers we proudly serve,” said Everson.

United Bancorp is located in Martins Ferry, Ohio, and is the only publicly traded and listed company headquartered in Belmont County.
