Belmont County Sheriff Dave Lucas confirmed this afternoon during a press conference that the incident that occurred yesterday morning in Belmont, Ohio was a double homicide, and that the victims were Tom and Angela Strussion.
Sheriff Lucas referred to the incident as a “tragic event” and he pledged his department will investigate further to “figure out exactly what happened.” He said his sympathies go out to the members of the victims’ families.
