Four Charged, Three Arrested Stemming from WPD Drug Arrest

Wheeling Police have charged four additional people stemming from an initial search warrant at a South Wheeling house last week.

Of the four charged, three have been arrested and taken into custody and another remains wanted by police.

Arrested and charged with maintaining/operating a drug premise are:

  • Kyle Scott Marsh, 37 of Wheeling
  • David Ray Beckner, 42 of Wheeling
  • Christopher Cory Heckathorn, 36 of Wheeling

Currently wanted by police for maintaining/operating a drug premise is:

  • Anthony Wayne Bruce, Jr., 35 of Wheeling

On Wednesday, March 1, police executed a search warrant at 3618 Chapline Street. After entering the house police discovered illegal narcotics and various drug using materials inside, including methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, and scales. At that time, three individuals were arrested and charged by police.
