Downtown Wheeling Intersection Restricted for Three Weeks

A portion of Market Street, in Wheeling, at the intersection with 10th Street, will be restricted from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., beginning Tuesday, January 23, 2024, through Tuesday, February 13, 2024, to lay conduit.

Motorists are advised to be aware of changing traffic patterns, slow down and expect delays.

Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may change the project schedule.
