Bret Michaels – the multi-platinum music icon, reality TV superstar, creative entrepreneur and dedicated philanthropist – is considered a “cultural touchdown” by entertainment industry leaders. Michaels is bringing his record- breaking “Parti-Gras Tour” to the Capitol Theatre in Wheeling, WV on Wednesday, November 27th. Joining Michaels for the Thanksgiving-eve Party is special guest Lou Gramm, original voice of Foreigner.
