Search Warrants Result in Drug-Related Arrests in Belmont County

On April 10, 2026, detectives with the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit (Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission) executed four search warrants at the following locations:

– Two addresses on Noble Street in Bellaire, Ohio

– West 36th Street in Shadyside, Ohio

– A local hotel in St. Clairsville, Ohio

The search warrants were a result of a month-long investigation between the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office, the Marshall County Drug Task Force, and the Ohio Valley Drug Task Force.

During the searches, detectives located approximately 328 grams of suspected cocaine and fentanyl and approximately $4,759.00 in drug proceeds.  Five individuals were arrested and booked into jail on the following charges:

Alena Robinson, 24, of Shadyside, Ohio

Trafficking/possession of cocaine and fentanyl, possession of criminal tools, and child endangerment;

Tranez Minnifield, 27, of Columbus, Ohio

Trafficking/possession of cocaine and fentanyl, possession of criminal tools, and child endangerment;

Kodi Rines, 25, of Bellaire, Ohio

Complicity to trafficking in drugs and possession of drug abuse instruments;

Kendel Hall, 34, of Bellaire, Ohio

Complicity to trafficking in drugs, and possession of drug abuse instruments; and

Christin Robinson, 45, of Powhatan Point, Ohio

Permitting drug abuse. The Harrison and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Offices, along with the Bellaire and Shadyside Police Departments, all assisted in this investigation.
