Ohio County, WV – A portion of Interstate 470, eastbound and westbound, in Wheeling, will have the right lane closed, from milepost 0.01 to milepost 1.0, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., beginning Monday, May 4, 2026, through late May 22, for barrier wall painting. Closures will take place Monday through Friday. Work is being done at night to minimize the impact on the traveling public.
Motorists are advised to slow down and follow signs.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
