Appalachian Power Closing McColloch Street in Wheeling

WHEELING, W.Va., – Nov. 14, 2025 – Appalachian Power (APCo) crews will be working on a reliability project and trimming trees along McColloch Street in East Wheeling on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

Crews will work primarily between 6:00 am and 2:00 pm, and the road will be temporarily closed during this time.
