“The Detroit Style Pizza!”
DeFelice Bros. NEW Detroit Style pizza is made with our homemade pizza dough – made fresh daily – cooked in a rectangular steel pan the same way they did in Detroit back in 1946. We top it with a blend of 4 different cheeses. Provolone, mozzarella, cheddar, and a sprinkle of parmesan. We start with the cheese, then add old-world pepperoni, bake it to perfection and top it with our homemade pizza sauce, made from fresh-packed California tomatoes.
We will be offering this pie, for a limited time, and due to demand quantities may be limited. They will go on sale Sunday, Oct. 1st, 2023.
It will be offered in two styles, Traditional, with Old World Pepperoni, and topped with red sauce strips. And The Diavolio: We start with Our Traditional Detroit Style pizza and add our spicy Italian sausage crumbles along with banana peppers and a drizzle of Hot Honey! This one will get your motor running!
Along with the Detroit Style pizza, all DeFelice Bros Pizza Locations will be adding two other products: a new appetizer, “Unstuffed Banana Peppers” our Italian sausage link covered in banana peppers, provolone, and mozzarella cheeses, and our signature pasta sauce. And a new dessert.
