Everyday throughout this community, someone is making homemade pizza.
I know this because on the Connect in the Kitchen Facebook group I think I have seen just about every possible way to make pizza and every gadget used to cook it. Some are super time consuming, but worth it. And some are super simple.
Today I’m passing along some of the photos friends have posted of their naan pizzas. Naan is a flatbread that you can purchase at most local grocery stores or make homemade.
You can cook it in the oven or on a grill and it can be soft or crispy.
Adding the endless combinations of your favorite sauces, cheese and toppings makes a quick and easy pizza for your family.
A good pizza cheese tip I learned on Connect in the Kitchen: instead of buying pre-shredded cheese, get a block of cheese and shred it yourself. Pre-shredded cheese is tossed in cornstarch to prevent it from clumping together in the package. The cornstarch also prevents the cheese from melting properly. This melty cheese tip is helpful for eggs and casseroles, as well. Get a brick and shred your own!
