16th Street in Wheeling will be restricted to one lane from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Monday, August 29, 2022, through Tuesday, August 30, 2022, to allow contractors to inspect manholes. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays. Emergency vehicles will be accommodated.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may change the project schedule.
