A portion of WV 2, (Main Street), between the Interstate 70 bridge and 10th Street, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane from midnight to 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2022, to allow contractors to install new fiber optics.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
