A portion of Main Street, in Wheeling, between Interstate 70 and 10th Street, will have the two right lanes closed. 10th Street will also be closed, beginning on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, through Wednesday, February 22, 2023, for new underground conduit installation. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
