Ohio County, WV – A portion of US 40 (National Road), between the intersections of Glenwood Road and Merwin Street, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane, from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, for electric line maintenance. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers.
Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may change the project schedule.
