BELLAIRE, Ohio – Frustration and anger over rising property taxes has sparked a grassroots rebellion in Ohio, where fed-up residents are now driving a constitutional amendment that could eliminate property taxes altogether, and now you can join the movement in Belmont County.

River News Network is hosting an Ax Ohio Tax petition signing site at WOMP 100.5/Big Willie 105.5 studios in Belmont County beginning Monday, June 30 from 4 to 6 p.m.

The studio is located at 56325 High Ridge Road outside Bellaire on Route 214 across from Rock Hill Presbyterian Church.

The campaign to eliminate property taxes is led by Ax Ohio Tax, https://axohtax.com/ per Elayne Cross, a member of the committee behind the “Abolishment of Taxes on Real Property.”
