Suspect in South Wheeling Shooting Arrested

The suspect in Monday afternoon’s shooting on 29th Street in South Wheeling turned himself into Wheeling Police overnight.

Daniel Wines, 21 of Clearview was arraigned this morning by an Ohio County magistrate on an attempted murder charge.

Bond was set at $100,000.

The victim remains hospitalized and is in a stable condition.
