The program, which provides season-long pool passes for children in need at Wheeling’s four municipal pools, is an initiative started by Wheeling resident Chip Calissie and his sister, Leigh Ann Koehler.
They wanted to see some sort of ghost, or at least to be chased by the caretaking mad man with the shot gun. That’s what they had heard about, and they were looking for the same thrill so many professed to experiencing.
