A portion of US 40, Mount DeChantal Road, Wheeling, going across Elby’s Bridge, will have a lane closure beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023, through 6:00 a.m. on Friday, June 2, 2023, for a bridge construction project. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays. Emergency vehicles will be accommodated.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
