Vegetation Removal Project Near Heritage Port Begins Tomorrow

WHEELING, W.VA. – Crews will begin removing vegetation along the riverbank near Heritage Port on Friday, Feb. 20. Work will take place between WesBanco Arena and the south end of Heritage Port.

Intermittent closures of the Heritage Trail will be necessary during this time, and detour signs will be posted accordingly. The project is expected to conclude the first week of March.

Please note that weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances could impact the schedule.
