A portion of WV 88, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane, from milepost 6.69 to milepost 6.75, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., beginning Monday, May 19, 20254, through early June 2025, for piling repair.
Traffic will be maintained by traffic signals. Flaggers will be directing traffic. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes, slow down and expect delays.
Alternate Routes: Use WV 88, County Route 25 (Peter Run Road), US 40 and Interstate 70.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
