Wheeling Island Launches Culinary Revolution with Two Job Fairs for New Dining Venues

Wheeling, WV – August 26, 2025 — Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack is turning up the flavor with the launch of three bold new dining experiences coming in the fall of 2025—and we’re hiring!

To support the opening of Express Kitchen, Gravitate Food Hub and Cask & Clover Kitchen and Bar, Wheeling Island will host job fairs aimed at recruiting passionate, energetic team members to help bring these concepts to life.

Job Fair Dates & Times:

  • September 3 | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • September 4 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Location: Wheeling Island Meeting Rooms

About the New Venues:

  • Express Kitchen – Fast-paced grab-and-go service for guests on the move. Think sandwiches, wraps, snacks, and cold drinks—ready when you are.
  • Gravitate Food Hub – A vibrant, casual space serving up classic favorites with a modern twist. Perfect for dine-in or takeout.
  • Cask & Clover Kitchen and Bar – A lounge offering elevated sit-down dining and handcrafted cocktails in a warm, sophisticated setting.

Open Positions Include: Cooks, servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff and more. Additional roles in casino operations, housekeeping and valet are also available.
