WHEELING, WV – Willow Glen Capital, LLC announced that Eric Mauck has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than three decades of executive leadership experience to support the continued growth and performance of Willow Glen and its portfolio of businesses.
In his role, Mauck works alongside ownership and the leadership teams of Willow Glen’s portfolio companies to strengthen operations, develop leadership teams and organizational culture, support strategic initiatives and position the businesses for long-term growth.
“Eric brings a unique combination of executive leadership, operational experience and the ability to work across very different businesses,” said David H. McKinley, President and Chairman. “As the Willow Glen portfolio continues to grow, we wanted someone who could work directly with our leadership teams, help strengthen our organizations and provide additional executive capacity where it is needed most.”
Mauck brings extensive leadership experience across hospitality, real estate, and consumer businesses, with a career focused on leading complex organizations, building strong teams, and guiding businesses through growth and change. Before joining Willow Glen Capital, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Highlands Ventures and Wigle Whiskey. He previously spent 14 years with Seven Springs Mountain Resort, serving as Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, he led significant growth initiatives, acquisitions, and integrations, including Hidden Valley Resort and Laurel Mountain Ski Area. He helped guide the organization through its eventual sale to Vail Resorts. Earlier in his career, Mauck spent nearly seven years in executive leadership at Oglebay Resort.

As part of his broader responsibilities with Willow Glen Capital, Mauck is currently serving as Interim President of Beyond Marketing (beyondmk.com), a Willow Glen portfolio company, during its leadership transition. He is providing executive leadership and continuity while the company evaluates its long-term leadership needs.
