OHIO COUNTY – A portion of WV 2/US 250, in Wheeling, will have the northbound and southbound, alternating left and right lanes closed, between the 26th Street and Interstate 470 exits, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Monday, November 17, 2025, for painting. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
ALSO:
A portion of Seventh Street, between Main Street and Market Street, in Wheeling, will have the right lane closed, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Monday, November 17, 2025, and Tuesday, November 18, 2025, for traffic light maintenance. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
