Bordas & Bordas Expands Team with New Attorney

-

Bordas & Bordas is pleased to announce the hiring of attorney Mike Prascik.

Prascik has practiced law for over 20 years in West Virginia and jurisdictions across the country. He has spent the majority of his career representing individuals hurt by defective products and workplace conditions but has also handled various other types of civil litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.  Prascik also spent several years as the supervising attorney for a regional office of a large non-profit public interest law firm, where he was part of a team providing legal services and community outreach for the benefit of low-income West Virginians, domestic violence survivors, individuals experiencing homelessness, and senior citizens. He is a 2002 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as a Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant. He will be working out of the firm’s Moundsville, W. Va., office and will provide litigation support, research and writing on cases throughout the region.

Managing Partner Jamie Bordas is excited to welcome Prascik to the firm.

“Mike is a great addition to our team of attorneys,” Bordas said. “He brings several years of experience to our law firm, and we are looking forward to working with him. He is dedicated to promoting justice.”

Prascik, a Wheeling native, is happy to be continuing his career at Bordas & Bordas.
