Ohio County’s McCardle Swearing In Ceremony Set for Today

The Ohio County Circuit Clerk, Ella J. McCardle, will be formally sworn into office on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The oath of office will be administered by the Honorable Judge David J. Sims in the 5th Floor Courtroom of the Ohio County Courthouse in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.
